Alumni House

Start off Homecoming the right way, by stopping at the Alumni House on Country Club Rd for coffee and donuts. Look through yearbooks, reminisce about old friends and campus life. Have your photo taken with your family and friends. Pick up informational packets that include a schedule of events, a list of area restaurants, parade map and more.

Alumni and Student Meet and Greet
Panther Dining Hall

Meet the Florida Tech Board of Directors in the Panther Dining Hall as they mix and mingle with students, staff and faculty. The Panther Dining Hall is one of the new additions to the campus featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen and a small student grocery store.

Commence Homecoming 2011 the right way with the Homecoming Kickoff Carnival. Everyone
(students, faculty, staff, friends and family) is invited to stop by and enjoy the festivities.

Come watch the Florida Tech Baseball Club play Florida International University at home on the Florida Tech Andy Seminick-Les Hall Field.

Coffee and donuts will be served at the Alumni House on Country Club Rd. Come on in and talk to the friendly staff, look through yearbooks, reminisce about old friends and campus life. Everyone is welcome to come and learn about the Florida Tech Alumni Association during their annual fall board meeting. Hear about the latest plans and efforts to benefit Florida Tech graduates, the university and the community. Lunch will be served in the John and Martha Hartley Room. Please RSVP your attendance to alumaffr@fit.edu to reserve your spot.

All over campus

Visit any department on campus to meet faculty and staff who help make the college experience a memorable one. See students walking from north campus to south campus to get to class. Peek into lab rooms and see students at work.

Come out and cast your vote for the best talent and lip sync performance in the Gleason Performing Arts Center.

Join alumni and friends for an Informal gathering. Kick back and relax, share stories and catch up on current news. Drink specials available for all Florida Tech alumni.

Alumni Homecoming 5K Run

Experience the Panther Pride on the FIT campus! The festivities begin with a 5K run through the beautiful campus grounds, stay afterward for great awards and the Homecoming Parade. "Giving back by moving forward."

On your way to the parade? Grab a donut and coffee from under the Alumni Association tent on the grounds in front of the Gleason Performing Arts Center. Don't forget to give the staff your updated information so that you can receive the Florida Tech Today magazine.

Homecoming Parade
Florida Tech Campus

Gather your friends, family and lawn chairs and arrive early to secure your spot. The parade is a Homecoming tradition you don't want to miss. The starting point will be University Park Elementary School and continues throughout campus. The parade lasts approximately an hour and includes floats designed by student organizations and includes community participants and special guests. The Jerome P. Keuper distinguished alumni award winner will be the Grand Marshal for the parade.

Homecoming and Family Weekend Barbecue
Panther Plaza and Panthereum

Immediately following the parade is the free all campus community BBQ on Panther Plaza. Bring your friends and family and join us for music and games.

12–4 p.m.
Family Fun Zone
Panthereum

Join us for an afternoon of fun including shooting hoops, a bungee run, inflatable games and more. Family Fun Zone is where you'll want to be at! Cotton candy and candy apples will be at the top of the list of foods being offered.

4:30–7:30 p.m.
College Players' Fall Production
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
Gleason Performing Arts Center

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is centered around two con men doing their business in the French Rivera. Suave and sophisticated Lawrence Jameson charms wealthy women out of their money while small-time crook Freddy Benson plays on people's sympathies with his sob stories. In a battle for territory, the two agree to a contest: the first to wheedle $50,000 out of a beautiful young heiress wins and the
Riviera is theirs.

Florida Tech Alumni Association Homecoming Awards Gala

The Florida Tech Alumni Association Hollywood Nights Homecoming 2011 Awards Gala begins at 6 p.m. with a preliminary cocktail hour with music. Beer, wine and a signature cocktail will be served. The red carpet will be rolled out for the awards gala beginning promptly at 7 p.m. with dinner, the colleges' outstanding alumni awards and the Jerome P. Keuper distinguished alumni award being presented. Dress is business attire. To pay online go here.

Homecoming Dance D'Noche
LevelZ Night Club

Hollywood Nights comes to LevelZ for the Homecoming 2011 Dance D'Noche. Located on 192, approximately 1/8 mile south of John Rodes Blvd, LevelZ is the place to go. Equipped with three bars, two downstairs, a dance floor and a balcony level, you're sure to meet and find new friends.
